      There are two basic categories of office buildings: urban and suburban. Our listings include urban office spaces found in cities. These include skyscrapers and high-rise properties. Some of these are large facilities with as much as a few million square feet of space. Suburban office spaces are typically smaller in size and often grouped in office parks. Our listings include multi-tenanted and single-tenanted options. There are also some build-to-suit listings. The three tiers of office spaces are ranked as Class A, Class B, and Class C.
      • Class A Office Space:
        Premier office spaces are prestigious buildings and feature above-average rents for the area. The buildings feature high-quality finishes, exceptional accessibility, and state-of-the-art systems. Purchasing Class A office spaces will give you a market presence.
      • Class B Office Space:
        Our listings also include Class B office buildings with an average rent range. The building finishes are good for the area, systems are adequate, and the price is more reasonable than Class A facilities.
      • Class C Office Space:
        ​        Listings for Class C offices provide rents below average for the region.
